Kirna Zabete | Miami, FL

Since 1999, Kirna Zabête has been proud to be fashion’s happy place, creating a style mecca where you can browse a curated collection of designer fashion at it’s uniquely vibrant stores. Owner Beth Buccini opened it’s seventh location in the Miami Design District. CRE was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this incredibly creative team.

The Press | Wilmington, DE

The Press is a 243-unit apartment community located in Wilmington, Delaware. CRE purchased FF&E for all the amenity spaces such as lobby, resident lounge, roof deck, coffee bar, and co-working space. The amenity spaces, designed by Perkins Eastman, utilize rich woods, light stone, and patterned wall coverings that juxtapose the dark and modern exterior - creating a bright and inviting space for residents.

181 MacDougal | New York, NY

181 MacDougal is a mixed-use space in Greenwich Village, NYC. The architecture and interiors have been masterfully designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. 181 MacDougal has a richly detailed facade comprised of hand-laid brick that fits comfortably into the historic charm for which Greenwich Village is known. The interiors are timeless, bright, and modern. CRE is purchasing the FF&E for the lobby and co-working spaces.

Testa Rossa | Glen Mills, PA

Testa Rossa reclaimed the iconic Ruby’s Diner building in Glen Mills. Stokes Architecture + Design lead the revamp and created an eclectic restaurant capacity to seat over 180 diners indoors, with plush booths and an elegant central bar, as well as 100 seats outside on a patio. Guests can eat amidst a playful color scheme and 1960s-inspired bold design.

King's College School | Nassau, Bahamas

CRE provided comprehensive FF&E procurement services for boarding school King’s College School, located in Nassau, Bahamas. The scope included sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating delivery for public spaces such as the student lounge, dining areas, and other shared community zones. CRE ensured that each space reflected the school’s commitment to comfort, functionality, and contemporary design, while maintaining durability suitable for an academic environment.

Ophelia | Pittsburgh, PA

A 213-unit multi-family apartment community developed by Greystar in Pittsburgh, PA. Ophelia will have studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts with high-end finishes and amenities. The interior design will be a nod to the Shadyside neighborhood's Victorian architecture with a modern take on gilded-age aesthetics. Amenities will include a fitness center with outdoor workout area, co-working space, billiards and bar area in the club room, pool, grilling and lawn area. Ophelia is slated to begin preleasing in late 2025 with final completion targeted for early 2026.
