Homewood Suites Midtown New York is undergoing renovations throughout the hotel. CRE will be purchasing and coordinating all FF&E for all guestrooms and public spaces including meeting areas, lobby, dining areas, exterior spaces, reception area, and the roof deck on the 22nd floor.
The Eden Lofts is a new apartment complex in Dover, DE offering an exciting community lifestyle for residents. CRE is providing procurement services for the model room and amenity spaces such as lounge, game room, fitness center, and outdoor courtyard.
Aloft Portland is revamping their public spaces including the meeting/tactic room, fitness and recharge center, indoor pool, and exterior lounge areas. CRE is managing the FF&E procurement for the project.
The Henry is an apartment complex coming to Elizabethtown offering 1,2 and 3-bedroom units. CRE has been contracted to purchase and coordinate the FF&E for all amenity spaces including the resident lounge, fitness center and sun deck.
A full-service restaurant inside DE.CO Food Hall designed by Stokes Architecture & Design. The Italian trattoria has seating for roughly 70 people, including a full bar and private event space. The design compliments the art deco style of the food hall while enhancing the experience with cozy banquet seating and mood lighting.
Since 1999, Kirna Zabête has been proud to be fashion’s happy place, creating a style mecca where you can browse a curated collection of designer fashion at it’s uniquely vibrant stores. Owner Beth Buccini opened it’s seventh location in the Miami Design District. CRE was thrilled to have the opportunity to work with this incredibly creative team.
The Press is a 243-unit apartment community located in Wilmington, Delaware. CRE purchased FF&E for all the amenity spaces such as lobby, resident lounge, roof deck, coffee bar, and co-working space. The amenity spaces, designed by Perkins Eastman, utilize rich woods, light stone, and patterned wall coverings that juxtapose the dark and modern exterior - creating a bright and inviting space for residents.
The Standard brings studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments to Wilmington, Delaware in a office to residential conversion. CRE purchased the FF&E for the amenity spaces such as lobby, resident lounge, and roof deck for this 266-unit apartment community.
174 Mott is a mixed-use development in the Soho and Nolita neighborhoods in New York City. The 47.872 SF historic corner building features new infrastructure and rooftop. CRE is purchasing office furniture and public space furnishings for the new owner. The project is set to be completed in Summer 2025.
181 MacDougal is a mixed-use space in Greenwich Village, NYC. The architecture and interiors have been masterfully designed by Morris Adjmi Architects. 181 MacDougal has a richly detailed facade comprised of hand-laid brick that fits comfortably into the historic charm for which Greenwich Village is known. The interiors are timeless, bright, and modern. CRE is purchasing the FF&E for the lobby and co-working spaces.
Private residence in 1886 Victorian-style home located in Cape May, NJ. This stunning seaside escape feature 5-bedrooms and is being renovated by Stokes Architecture & Design. CRE is providing FF&E services.
Hilton Baltimore BWI Airport feature 280 guestrooms and has been recognized by the U.S. News & World Report Best Hotels 2022 Ranking as the #13 hotel in Baltimore. CRE is providing FF&E Procurement services for the renovation of public spaces such as the lobby and meeting rooms. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
Located in Downtown Portland, Maine along the waterfront, Aloft features 157 guestrooms. CRE is assisting in the renovation of the public spaces such as fitness center, lobby, meeting rooms, corridors, and outdoor pool area. The project is expected to be completed in Spring of 2025.
One Tower Bridge is 271,678 square foot Class-A office tower is situated along the Schuylkill River in Conshohocken, PA. CRE is providing procurement services in the renovation of the public spaces such as lobby, fitness center, club room, conference space, and outdoor terraces. The project is expected to be completed mid-2025.
Testa Rossa reclaimed the iconic Ruby’s Diner building in Glen Mills. Stokes Architecture + Design lead the revamp and created an eclectic restaurant capacity to seat over 180 diners indoors, with plush booths and an elegant central bar, as well as 100 seats outside on a patio. Guests can eat amidst a playful color scheme and 1960s-inspired bold design.

Motto by Hilton has 63 guestrooms located in the Chinatown district in Washington, DC. CRE is providing procurement services for the renovation of the public spaces in the hotel.
CRE provided comprehensive FF&E procurement services for boarding school King’s College School, located in Nassau, Bahamas. The scope included sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating delivery for public spaces such as the student lounge, dining areas, and other shared community zones. CRE ensured that each space reflected the school’s commitment to comfort, functionality, and contemporary design, while maintaining durability suitable for an academic environment.
A 213-unit multi-family apartment community developed by Greystar in Pittsburgh, PA. Ophelia will have studio, one-, and two-bedroom layouts with high-end finishes and amenities. The interior design will be a nod to the Shadyside neighborhood's Victorian architecture with a modern take on gilded-age aesthetics. Amenities will include a fitness center with outdoor workout area, co-working space, billiards and bar area in the club room, pool, grilling and lawn area. Ophelia is slated to begin preleasing in late 2025 with final completion targeted for early 2026.
